I don't mind the odd question but not a massive argument.

I actually know Gav, the singer to this band, so when we were talking it actually had nothing to do with you whatsoever.

And when I met Axl, it was not some "meet and greet thing", I spent a while talking to him and even his manager, Beta, so really, don't say anything unless you know the facts. I've also spend a fair amount of time with Dizzy because he's friends with several of my friends and he plays keyboards for another friends band, actually.

Whether or not you like it Bumblefoot, Pittman and Ferrer are all members of GN'R. But I've also met VR so, I have most of the original members covered.

Hey dude, the band started by accident really. We did a one off birthday party in London Bridge a few years back. Not long after it got around there was a GNR tribute in London and then a month later we were getting calls from various venues in the UK asking us to come work there. I never really wanted to do the tribute act thing as at the time as i was focusing on my acting was also working a lot as a model. Dressing up as Axl didn't really appeal to me. I even kept it a secret i was playing Axl for about 2 years before i added my own personal profile to Myspace www.myspace.com/g2r_axl and i now use pieces of the G2R stuff in my portfolio.

Our shows have evolved from just taking on the same old Tokyo, Paris 92 or the Ritz 88 as we started out. Theres a lot more going on now and were more ourselves but acting in the style of the guys were playing as. Its more spontaneous. If people see our shows from as a theatrical performance rather than tribute / wannabe band, you'll see it from a different perspective.

With regards to the age question you had up earlier, the youngest is Nile (Gilby) who is 18 and the oldest is Rich (Matt) who is 29.

If you got nothing on this Friday come on down to the Kingston show.

My girlfriend is fine with all this she actually works in the same line of work (except for the GNR thing  ) in fact she has even got involved with one of the photoshoots we did for the Sunday Observer (below) as well as the interviews we did for the BBC & MTV last May. Shes the first friend on my myspace profile. You'll have to add her to see her profile though.
 
For me modelling is on hold at the mo. As for acting nothing regular though I still have stuff in the pipeline and possibly working with Frank Harper and Danny Dyer on a Uk movie next year. Nothing official yet though.

Yep i used to write stuff with Crash who now performs some of it in his new band Vytl Syne. Certain songs were in his previous band Renegade Playboys (the latter band i would've became part of but had other commitments) who in their heyday supported the likes of Dragonforce  and The Darkness.

i'll get crash to work on something with the keyboard. we haven't played it in a while! Its only a small place on Friday so we'll see what we can get away with.

haha. coma is awesome song to play on guitar. it took me a little while to learn it but was worth it. do you ever not do the really popular songs? have you ever acted out a axl walk off routiine ??

Birmingham at around 2am, just after he ate dinner (seriously).

Well she was on Axl's personal guestlist so yep you would've met her. If she's forgotton, then you're pics are all over the net as reference. I also know the girls who were there with Baz at the Birmingham that night as well, Sera, Roxy and Sarah cos 2 of them put on a "show" for him and Axl coincidently happening early hours of the next morning so you would had to have met them as well... They all come back loaded with pics from that night so cameras obviously were not banned after that show so i'm assuming you took a load of pics with Axl and the others.

When I met Axl the only people that were there, were Axl, Beta, Geo, a couple of my friends, there were no girls. If you think I'm lying then fair enough, but I'm really not, the two guys I was with are actually members on this forum, so feel free to ask them. I met Baz and the rest of his band at Nottingham, again, there were no girls with them, it was just them and Geo.
I didn't take my camera due to the fact they had been banned at every other venue they had played in and I didn't want to keep walking back to my car to put it away. I'm sure cameras were banned at every venue, but it was a while ago so I don't remember.
