Absolutely not. He has never looked the same after his nips&tucks and he hasn't kept his figure at all. I ain't blind. Sometimes I see a glimpse of the real Axl. As here. The photo is made from a good angle and is a bit blur.

He looks alot healthier now than he did in the 90s imo, there was times in the 90's when he looked ridiculously thin imo

It's not. He looks bloated. Has nothing to do with his age. Can be medication or an unhealthy diet.
Morgan, I look with a different view at people in their 40's because I'm 42 and you are 16 (?) I believe? But girl, each their own? I hate what he has done to his face and I hate his current "fashion sense". Can't help it.......

What im trying to say is if he looked as skinny as he did now like in the 80s and early 90s i think alot of people would be saying stuff like "fucking hell axl eat something etc etc" if you get me? 

2006 for me was when he looked healthier physique wise, yes hes put weight on but i dont think its as bad as people make it out to be
