Charlie Sheen took a dig at Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose at Slash's inauguration into the Hollywood Walk Of Fame yesterday (July 11).

The Anger Management star cracked a joke at the LA ceremony, which also saw producer Robert Evans and US radio host Jim Ladd honour the legendary guitarist. Sheen said:

"It's quite fitting that Slash is getting a star on the very street Axl Rose will one day be sleeping on."

He added: "This star is going to be stepped on more than the coke we did in the Eighties." Scroll down and view Sheen's jibe onstage below. According to Rolling Stone, Slash covered his face to hide his laughter.

The axeman later told the crowd on Hollywood Boulevard: "I've been a part of the Hollywood fabric for a long time and to actually be appreciated by the city of Hollywood is a huge, huge honour."

The fallout between singer Rose and guitarist Slash is infamous and recently reached new heights after the current line-up's management team took extreme steps to distance themselves from the band's original line-up, by banning anyone coming to their UK tour from wearing a Slash T-shirt.

What a douche! He should talk about being on the streets one day. I bet he winds up there with the rest of the bums.

Axl Rose will never be on the streets because I'm sure he's a super smart businessman and knows how to manage his money. Unlike Sheen who seems to just go back to his old patterns of drugs and whores and acting all crazy for all the world to see.

I doubt Axl even gives a shit what Sheen says about him or anyone else.

Let's see how long this latest tv shows lasts for Sheen before he fucks it up yet again.

I can't believe people are seriously getting pissed about this. It was joke and in my opinion, it was funny. If you got pissed about this, I wouldn't recommend watching a roast of one of your favorite celebrities.
