Comment under the video

"It's like getting a 1945 Chateau Mouton bottle from the cellar, empty it down the sink ... then mix with soda, grenadine and M&M's in it and call it the same wine.... Damn shame. Kids nowdays are getting robbed...Up yours, Axl"

Average show to me... Some very good parts, some very laughable ones. Although you can see Axl chooses liberally for his Mickey Mouse voice in many songs  :(...
If an album comes out, then buy it. If there's a concert you can go to, then go to it. You're not owed another record. You're not owed any inside stories. You're not owed the band to be managed by people you approve. It's just electronically recorded vibrations that you happen to like.

the major issue i've had with gnr since 2001 is that axl's voice is usually buried...i saw them live in 2002, 3 times in 2006 and once this year and aside from 2002, axl's voice was really hard to hear, sometimes couldn't hear him for whole songs...and hearing this show with axl's voice so prominent in the mix is so disappointing because it's not very good...off night maybe, but fuck, it's cringe-worthy..

it would seem from very clip i've seen from this tour Axl's voice has been consistently the same "helium"

too bad about the 06 shows but i've heard the same from the 3 shows i've been to. I've always been first roe or GM and i always heard him great while others i know that had seats higher up hav told me they couldn't hear a thing.

I was quite pleased about the quality of his vocals at that gig in 2010 (Zuerich).

Had I been at this Chicago show, I'm pretty sure I would've enjoyed it, despite the singing being far from perfect. On video it all just seems a little bit "soul-less", although the band does sound good.
