And furthermore you obviously dont know a damn thing about texans yet you keep commenting about them. Have you ever been to texas? No!! Well I have, I even lived there for a year. You dont here me commenting about british, welch, or scottish. So shut the fuck up. My comparision of japan and china is a fair one because they do have a lot of simularities. Do they have differences, yes. But more simularities imo. But that is beside the point, you never watched a single video of mine, or so you said. And all you have done is talk shit about them. I have just flicked through these pages and clicked on some links to the movies!.

The first thing that made me give up is - you cant even get aspect ratios correct.

The second is there is no story to CD as its a mix of what GNR had in a pot.  This is why there is no videos - no one has come up with the stories yet.   

CD is not really anything to do with Axl's life per say or indeed GNR. but more of is observations on world politics etc. also he is not the only writer for the lyrics.

I respect its your take on it,  but is so way off.  So done before (take a clip from another video and overlay CD songs to make a fan vid.

If you are going to make a video take a camcorder go out side and put a piece together about your life or tell a story.  Then you will get some respect on here.  mashing videos of live tours is just boaring and taking film footage from movies and adding GNR to it is just plain naff.

I fully admit that I'm not the first one to do this, but if you look up all other fan vids on youtube they are mish mashes. What I mean is I took the actual live performance of the song and added the actual recorded version, like in a music video. I have yet to find any others on youtube that did that. With the exception of the older songs like street of dreams and better. But as far as sorry, shacklers, and this I love there are no better versions available on the internet. I dont say that to be bragging, it is fact from what I can tell. There are vids of those songs available, yes. But they are hodge podge. I saw one vid of this I love and it was gnr from 93 playing the song, yet it had like 50,000 hits. If you dont like them, or agree with my premise thats fine. But just cause axl or whomever said sorry isnt about slash doesnt make it true. What does he have to gain by saying this is a bout slash or this I love is about stephanie seymore? Nothing!!! But they did play a pivitol role in his life, and I am positive influenced this album.

Also I want to add that coma is now up on youtube and civil war, dust n bones, and right next door to hell are all done and ready to begin uploading. I also am working on perfect crime and 14 years and am planning on doing mr brownstone, rocket queen, my michelle, knockin on heavans door, and used to love her.

If you "tone it down" a bit, people might actually look at the vids and enjoy them. But with "cd the movie" and other exaggerations you provoke a little bit and that's why people react in the same way...

I'm supposed to keep my mouth shut, because I haven't seen it. I'm not allowed, it seems, to have an opinion on the concept.

If somebody announces tomorrow that they are doing a remake of The Shawshank Redemption, but it's going to be a cartoon, and none of the characters will bear emotional scars because it's fuckin' cartoon-land, then I don't need to watch it to say it's a joke of a concept and in all likelihood a load of garbage.

I've never once criticized a fan video. No problem at all with them, but to dress them up as some sort of 'movie' is pathetic.

Originally I did do an actual movie, and I still have it. But because of youtube copyright rules I cannot release the whole thing, so they more or less are individual videos. The whole "movie" thing is dead as far as the internet world goes. So just take them as that, no more no less.

This whole thing started because I read reviews of cd that other people wrote and they felt that cd should be a film score, and I agree. And I knew axl would never do such a thing at this point.

To me cd is a mix of use your illusions, the wall, physical graffiti, and nine inch nails. Prolly not as good as those but in the same vein.

This was just something me, as a fan, wanted to do.

Btw, I can't watch Coma etc. because of copyright problems these aren't watchable in Germany.
