Mama Kin are not his best lyrics. His best lyrics are Down On The Farm

Not My World? That song is so heartfelt. Honestly I am almost moved to tears every time I listen.

I always thought that the closing line of "Guess what I'm doing now?" was a deep plea to the other members of the band as if he is saying they aren't as close as they should be and don't know what he is doing at that very moment and they should try to fix their cracked and damaged relationship. Sadly it wasn't to be so, but you got to give it to Axl, he really tried. Every time I listen I feel like he was the only real one who ever wanted Guns to work  :'(

I personally love that freestyle rap he used to do in the breakdown in Rocket Queen

That song should have been recorded in the studio. Guns N' Roses version of a rap song. Always great to hear.

As for this thread, priceless.
The band is just fantastic, that is really what I think

Mama Kin are not his best lyrics. His best lyrics are Down On The Farm

Beeeeh, hold still!

I'm more into the whole "Good boy, save us, good boy! Don't forget to drink your milk!" in SFTD.
If an album comes out, then buy it. If there's a concert you can go to, then go to it. You're not owed another record. You're not owed any inside stories. You're not owed the band to be managed by people you approve. It's just electronically recorded vibrations that you happen to like.

Milk boy, save us, milk boy. Don't forget to drink your milk.

It's supposed to be a reference to Izzy's picture that appeared on a milk carton when he went missing as a kid but I've never heard anyone from the band actually confirm this.

 i love how no one wants to make truth out of this. this chick is hilarious as fuck  :trollol:

i personally loved "their" cover of this song, because you know...axl DID write thisd song, contrary to popular belief. I think Axl's the best when he makes those mundane drum loops you hear in the demos. the demos were alright muscally, but those drum loops WAS the essentials of the song. i listen to the drum tracks every night.
HIGH AS FUCK.
