Jick Magger!
Freud was confused at the time. The Y chromosome is an X with one of it's legs chopped of. What he meant was "males are genetically castrated women."

Or Poets of the Fall.

I´m surprised you have even heard of Poets of the Fall.
All you need is just a little patience.

Never heard of them, can you point me to a "typical" song of theirs?

I´m surprised of it all the same.

I think this would do: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMrbMPSMmzs

I´ve not listened to them very much after all. That was a single some years ago and therefore played in radio quite a lot.

They performed thrice in India, I saw them twice, I have all their albums, and they're pretty cool. I love their poetry the most, and their acoustics and vocals are legendary!

Can't watch this in Germany (legal reasons etc.).  :(
But found some other vids by them, sounds okay, but not really my cup of tea.
Also I'm not so sure this would fit as a GN'R support show...

Oh, stupid youtube...

I´m sure it would NOT fit as a gnr support show (only IMO of course) :D Nice music and all, but in some other context.

They just satisfy a taste for a stronger lyricism/ acoustics. Maybe not GnR, but two of my most fave bands back to back... \\m//
