I listen to other bands dude. New shit sucks period. Motorhead is my last ray of hope haha...
No biggie dude. I play guitar so I can always get drunk / high or whatever and chug out some RnR but in terms of GnR, its a damn shame to see what people high and low agreed were IT, become what it is.
Again if the name were different but fuck haha.. what can a lowly even if Iconic fan do huh?

I kinda have to agree with you there.
I listen to a lot of music, but it's mostly musicians/bands that started a long time ago and have kept on releasing material until now.
I can appreciate there's quality new music from new bands out there, but they're lacking BALLS. Everyone is too fucking sane and sober and comfortable with their lives to the point that the "insanity" bit is just not there anymore, and to me that's what makes the difference between ROCK & ROLL and just POP music, it's not the instruments, it's not the tempo, it's not how much gain they use in their amps, it's that rebellious spirit that says I DON'T GIVE A FUCK. Even today, with all the comforts of this globalized world, there could be a lot of bands carrying that spirit on, that's not necessarily being wasted all the time and having a LTR with dope and alcohol and whores and STIs, it's more about going against what's established, having a powerful message to wake up all those motherfucking kids and hipsters that are too busy with their fucking smartphones to realize there's more to life than having a job and making a living like a good citizen until you die...
... and that's not Axl's fault, it's just that everyone is NUMB and too attached to material crap instead of using their brains and souls to go beyond their comfort zone.
Anyway, fuck Steven Adler

I wish him the best, but that guy lost touch with reality a long time ago.
