What this article indicates, is that Axl was intent on a no-show and described a 'hatred' of Slash to such figures as Roger Friedman and Steven Tyler some 3 months ago.

It's crap. Nothing we don't already no. Plus I doubt Axl was telling anyone that would listen. I would assume Axl views Steve Tyler in a similar attention whore light that he views Slash, so I doubt he would be confiding in him.
