They should had Fergie play with the band in the Hall of Fame.  I know Fergie did a good cover for "Paradise City" and "Sweet Child O Mine."
 :giggle:

that would have been much better. Nobody would be saying that she tried to be Rose and failed and we would have heard a beautiful voice, not a dying cat trying to sing Guns songs.

I'd rather play with Fergie, too.

Trust me, she will  :)

Did you say that in Dutch with that Maastricht accent? That might work you see  ;)

After I read it I'll add a bunch of pictures of  :love2: Myles Kennedy :love2:
Maybe I just can't resist an Irishman....

Kittay, nice to meet a fellow Myles fan after two years but no Myles Kennedy pictures allowed to add to my GN'R review  :no and I don't need to see them. Love to see the man live. That's enough. Myles is Irish? Since when? I do not read that stuff. I read his father died when he was very young and his mother married a minister. He's an atheist though.

No one can sing GNR songs like Axl. No one.

I know Slash's band plays GNR songs on tour and so does Steven's band, but no one can sing like Axl can.

I'm going to dvr the Hall of Fame on HBO so I can fast forward the performance of Duff, Slash, Steven, Gilby and Steven, because I've already seen Myles sing GNR songs and as far as I'm concerned he sucks at it.

It's a shame Axl didn't show up because the performance would have blown everyone away, but it was Axl's choice and I respect him for that.

Whatever when down between Axl and Slash can't be forgivin or forgotten by Axl, so it was his right not to be there.

I'm glad he was inducting along with the band even though he didn't want to be, because Axl deserves it.

At least the Rock and Roll hall of fame got this one right. GNR is one of the all time greatest ROCK bands of all time.

Kennedy is a fine Irish name.

I watched when Fergie sang Sweet Child of Mine with Slash and I thought it was terrible. She fucked up the song big time.

I was surprised that Slash performed that song because he was against adding that song to the AFD cd.

Maybe I'm paranoid, but I think Slash does some things to make Axl angry and want to kill him more.

I know when I heard Fergie slaughter Sweet Child of Mine, I pictured Axl throwing something at his tv to make it stop! lol

They should have gotten the singer form Guns4Roses, at least he can sound like Axl and has Axl's moves too.

I just think it was wrong for anyone to sing Guns songs. Maybe the members that showed up should have just did a musically version of GNR songs.

Either way, I"m glad the HOF is over. Now maybe we can stop talking about it. I know I'm sick of hearing the same thing being said over and over again.

There's only ONE AXL ROSE and no one can replace him singing GNR songs.

And might as well have Sheryl Crow fill in with Miss piss her pants.  @ least Taken by Trees version was artistic.  Crow and Fergie should be convicted for murder with what they did to SCOM.

The Supermodels were not that thin at all. That was the name for that certain group in the '90's. The thin-thinner thing is from the last decade. And it's beyond sick. Fergie looks fine to me.

And speaking of fatties.....ah, never mind.....

I'm not a fan of Myles singing at all. I'm sure he's a nice enough guy & easy to work with, but I just find him do be a generic heavy metal singer. He hits the notes, but I don't find anything particularly special about him. Also, he essentially fronts Creed now. Alter Bridge is Creed without Scott Stapp. Kind of makes me question his artistic judgement....and Slash's too for that matter. I think the first single from their album, "You're A Lie", is pretty weak. If this is the "standout" track  :fpalm:. With Slash at this point, I'm really only interested in him if he does another VR album with Scott. I glad he's happy and heathy, but I just find the music he makes with Myles unintersting.
