Even if were able to delete 100 at once (which we aren't) the process would still take absolutely ages between the 6 of us. Also, I don't see why it's necessary to delete old threads in the first place; in what way are they clogging up the forum like?

I went to Belgium on a schooltrip to see the World War One battlefields, which as a history nerd I found fascinating. My overriding memories of the trip were of the Menin gate, and James Grant buying a stack of porn and a pen which had a women in a bikini at the top, and if you tipped the pen up her bikini fell off.

I would love to, but funds don't allow it :(
The battlefields of Ypres hold a more emotional tie to British people though, since our troops fought there. Verdun was a French/German battle, so it doesn't quite hold the same appeal. For me at least. But I would love to visit a ton of battlefields, even if just to pay my respects to the soldiers of all sides who fought there.
