i met axl, dj and ron on salt lake citys concert

it happened that my brother works as a security guard in the hotel where they stayed in SLC, he escorted him to his room and got his autograph and backstage passes too, we went to the concert and hanged out with the band after the show, Axl was very cool and social. I got a picture with him and a chineese democracy tour shirt signed by him as well,This was a great experience, i got a few pics i will be posting soon.

dude, he has an Appette tatoo! that kicks ass! Lol, in the top picture, you look kind of nervous, but it's ok, I'd be nervous too. Good for you bro! I haven't met Axl, only Dizzy. I've met ex-members too, but not Axl. It's funny cuz I've met every Appetite member except Axl. Lol, I just don't have the connections that you do.

haha..yeah i was al little nervous, till a couple of days before that i had no clue i was going to be there after the show you know? we ended up giving our tickets away because they hooked us up with better ones.
This was meant to happen my brother started working for that hotel before they even announced the slc concert, then when the band arrived he was selected to escort the band from the bus to their rooms and stuff, thats where he met Axl...they started talking and Axl asked him if he had tickets to the concert then my brother said.."yeah but i will probably be way up there...." then Axl said.."no you wont..you are going to be right on stage with us and i will give you a few extra in case you want to take someone else". He was very thrilled about my brothers tattoo he said it looked better than his...lol.
This guys are chick magnets man, i got to see some of the most hottest chicks i've ever seen.

thanks, the show was simply amazing, they played for over 3 hours and Axl's voice sounded great, the crows was very into it and participated on every song, i wish it would have lasted more like 5 hours...hahaha, i hope they tour again, originally i was going to go to their Denver show but i am glad they stopped by slc, the city mayor even greeted axl during the concert and gave him the city's keys, Axl said.."Thanks, how late are you open..? " that was awesome.
Somehow being  backstage gives the impression that you are special and close to the band, thats obviosuly not true..so me and my brothers joke by saying..."ey man.. has Axl called you and invited you their tour..?" or i will get home and aks my wife.."has my buddy Axl called ...?' i am still enjoying and i cant believe it, somehow is a little nostalgic since its not very likely it will happen again.

Man...i walked into that room and first thing i see is Axl sitting on a couch and two chicks on each side, then some more playing with Ron's hair, it was entertaining...one weird thing that happened, when my brother met him at the hotel, Axl asked him what his name was, my brother said  Polaris then Axl told him it was a weird name, then my brother said wait till i tell you what my brother's names are  Perseus and Sagitario.....so when on backstage my brothera approache  him and saw me and my other brother, we shaked hands and asked us if we had enjoyed the show then said to the people around him..."These guys names are Perseus and Sagitario.."  LOL

I wonder how many keys to cities Axl is accumulating. I suspect he feels very honored by this overture from American cities. Good on him. I wish the two cities I recently saw GNR in would have done the same.
