Yes from the outside it's ugly but you're not in her shoes. First you're not a woman, second you and your family have security and the economics situation in your country is stable at the moment but her situation's probably different.
Even if I were a woman without a job in Greece that wouldn't make me a racist. I might have been against immigration (and I might be), but I still wouldn't be a racist. And what has being a woman to do with thinking that some ethnic groups are inferior?
