Are you going anywhere before the show? Me and uzeurilluzion from myGnR are driving over from Toronto. Should be in at the venue by about 8pm. We're debating if we should grab a drink somewhere first though.

on a side note have a bit of a hike from Oshawa to get there and will surely get stuck in Toronto Rush hour traffic and then the drive home at 2-3 am in the morning won't be fun lmao, but i'm sure it will be worth it :) :rockon:

My sister wasn't able to get off work to take me which really stinks.... :( As I was really looking forward to seeing them again....oh well...hope we can get lots of video and pictures on here,so I can see what I missed.... :( G'N'R 4 Life!  :D

Show was amazing, but I still think Toronto 2010 is my fav - possibly because it much more anticipation and surprises.

I'm not going to go over each and every point but here are a few things about the show:

-Met up and went to the venue with uzeurilluzion. Took us less than an hour to get there from Toronto. -Started off at Honest Lawyer, where we met Eric, GunsGuy and Montrealer (and met Powerage after the show). All great guys and had a blast partying with you all! Thanks again! [all members listed are from mygnr forum]
-Chinese Worker shirt was sold out at 2 merch spots but more came so I grabbed myself one! Best shirt since the green apple one
-Houselights went off about 30 minutes earlier than expected (bonus)
-SR was awesome. Was able to record the entire song but it sounds like shit... What gives? Did I need to put tape over the mic? Same goes for Don't Cry
-Seeing Estranged live was worth the ticket price alone
-Sonic was hype
-Mi Amor could be used in a Quentin Tarantino flick. Hope there is a studio version of it soon. I enjoyed it more that Ballad of Death
-Axl was on fire and happy all night, quiet though
-My knee felt like it was going to explode by the end of the show. Getting old...
-Was able to meet BBF and Beta backstage. Bumble is extremely humble and amazing to his fans. Beta is a great storyteller too.

Can't wait till next time...

It sounds like to the people who went that it was a awesome show,too bad I wasn't there it would've been awesome yet again.I also heard on the radio 97.7 Htz FM that there was about 4,000 people there (seems kind of disappointing for being a Guns fan myself... :( )But hey as long as Axl was awesome then that's all that matters.Glad whoever went had a great time! Anyone who went,who was the opening act(s) and what time did Guns end up on stage and when was it over? Just curious to see how it all went down lastnight considering I wasn't able to go.

There is no WAY there was 4000 people there the top bowl wasnt available for the concert but the entire lower bowl was 90% full and the floor was near full... as were some of the luxury boxes. Easily 7000-8000 people there... with that said Copps is not nearly as good of a venue as ACC

Opening band finished at 10pm and houselights went down at 10:45pm. Show finished at 1:30am. Lower bowl and floor were packed!

I was just quoting the amount of people by what I heard from a DJ on 97.7htz fm.So there was a lot more then they thought there was...Even though the ACC is bigger and a better concert venue...I've seen two concerts at Copps (Disturbed and Guns N Roses) and even though it's a small arena,I like that your closer to the bands then at the ACC.
