Sorry for being a little OT, but Reeves Gabrels has apparently joined The Cure for their summer festival tour.

It's now basically an Ozzy show. No Ward or Iommi, Butler joins them and plays a few Sabbath songs in the middle.

The Download show will be a Black Sabbath show (minus Ward) after Iommi got diagnosed with cancer the tour was turned into an "Ozzy and friends" show except for those two gigs and they are working on a new album which will be released early 2013.

seems the album will be called 13, and due in june.

Rage against the machine drummer Brad Wilk is on drums.

I have absolutely no doubt that the guitar work and the bass work will be flawless enough. Iommi still hasn't written a bad riff. the lyrics will probably suck though.

yeah undoubtedley it will be chock full of iommi butler goodness but also plodding with idiotic doom and gloom lyrics unless they let geezer do them...i just cant see it being another never say die at best, let alone another sabotage or vol4...if psycho man and selling my soul are anything to go by it will be dirge

first time I heard it, it was great, 3rd, 4th, 5th...  Ozzy sounds to fake IMO, sound like his stuff he's been releasing these past few years. MEH

first listen: typical Iommi Riffs, Slow tempo, Ozzy singing about death and god, sort of exactly what I had expected (which is not a bad thing).

Im not gonna pretend I dont like it, but Ozzy's lyrics and vocals are pretty lacking on this one.

Dead head she bled I said god is dead his hair is red his name is fred yeah- reminds me of that awful crucify the dead song.

Anyway, the hole in the sky-esque swing towards the end is a  moment

End of the beginning seems a lot better (the last section and a brilliant Iommi solo)
