We are on exactly the same page, based on your post. Why not an occasional status on his own freaking website! An occasional update is not too much to ask. I 've said it before and I'll say it again. Tell us what/or who the problem is, and the people involved will get so much hate mail, death threats, etc. it will take the heat off Axl and put pressure on the people holding up the album release. In the old days Axl would go off on the people that were screwing with him. Why not do the same now. Let the fans put some pressure on the problem.

Tell us if it's the record company.

Tell us if it's past member lawsuits.

Just my opinion, but Axl owes the fans an occasional piece of his mind.
Relax people....In the end it is just a band!

The Charlie Brown analogy is the best thing since sliced bread.  It's so true.  In a mini-way, everyone's excitement getting Sebastian's material with Axl on it is similar.  Where's the excitement now?  Same with the demos.  It's always better in your mind and the very first time you hear it...after that it's like KISS with their make-up off.  Still damn good (except I don't like KISS) just not as good as the anticipation and that very first listen.

The article is well-written.  As to people saying that 'if there is no news, then don't say anything' are simply bitter about the fact that they have been strung along for so many years waiting for this album to come out.

Apparently Axl has been too busy lately trying to save his Malibu mansion from being engulfed by the wildfires that have been rampant in California this fall.  So he hasn't had time to continue his neverending tweaking of the vocal tracks for the album.  He also hasn't had the opportunity to make any further poor career choices like lending his guest vocals to his buddy Sebastian's album before completing his own album.

Everything was recorded completly in six month ago
