Ok, i've heard very good reasons here, but the fact, that NO ONE ever talks about their exit in the press makes me wondering - are they scared? Aren't they allowed to talk?

It would have been like having gotten fired from/left your previous job, then having bashed your previous bosses and then somehow expecting other people to trust you and hire you! Whatever the reasons might have been for them exiting new Guns n' Roses, they did the right thing to keep them for themselves.
