Or hey, why not remove Corey's vocals from the alleged finished record and add Scott's?
Scott complained when the first set of songs that were sent to him didn't sound enuff like STP so the band made an effort to make the two albums sound closer to that. I think by getting rid of Scott they would wanna move away from the STP stuff so I doubt the trashed album they made with Corey Taylor sounds anything like wat Scott wants. Besides, Slash ain't up for this. He's about to finish his record with Myles Kennedy and they'll obviously tour for another year after that. He even said he didn't like the Corey album anyway.
In my opinion Slash's solo album is at least two notches under Libertad... let alone Contraband. To my ear, this new one will be two notches under his first because i can't stomach an album full of Myles.
I think he and Myles go well together, I'm looking forward to it. However I'd much prefer a new VR album...Contraband was easily Slash's finest hour since the Use Your Illusion albums
KAKAROT!!!
Noooo, THIS IS PATRICK!!!
Short story shorter: I hope Scott stays far far away from Velvet Revolver. He can front STP or do his solo thing or become an author but for the love of anything, keep his dull boring voice away from the musicians I like.
i cant stand Scott s personality and voice. for god sake go and hear his terrible live performances. i can sing his songs better than him.
