unless we play retarded (which is always a risk with England) i think we have a fairly easy group. Group A, E and G look like they might be more competitive but i think the rest are going to be typical: Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, England, Spain (maybe France) but it'd be nice to see some surprises i think.
Apparently a new Amy Winehouse 'Greatest Hits' collection is coming out, but the tinfoil and spoons aren't included.

It seems Bosnia have a better chance than ever to qualify. The most important group for me is A, which brings the greatest rivalry of all groups in the qualifying.

Bit early for all this isn't it? They will just have finished the European Championships in about a year's time.  :?:
I hope, I do not wait.

I also reckon we should get through that group. But what England SHOULD do and what England do do are totally different things :tear:

No Capello either when it rolls around. Harry Redknapp anyone? :~
How about a pint of me?

Redknapp is one of the best managers we could hope to have but I would rather Sir Alex Ferguson took the job although i know he probably never will.

He's at Man U for life that auld alcy bastard. Besides, would you really want a hun managing your team? I certainly don't :yuck :giggle:

Redknapp is, or at least was, the bookies favourite to take the seat. He himself has said he really wants it, and I'd be more than happy to see him take over. It'll be nice to have an English manager again, since we had a Swede with Erikson, an Itie with Capello and a dutchman with Shteve McLaren.

1. i don't doubt that sadly.
2. he gets results that's all i care about really and i think the England manager would never work out for someone foreign (unless they'd managed in England so long they've become part of the furniture such as Wenger or Ferguson).
3. yeah i remember hearing about it and McLaren was English.
