Sunday did :

warmup : pushups/dips/kettlebell swings

Clean and jerks : 225 lbs (102 kilos)  3 sets
Bench press : 315 lbs (143 kilos ) 3 sets
Wide grip pullups   1 set
Narrow grip pullups   1 set

Weekdays:
Wake up
drink water, smoke
do 10 push ups and 5 chin ups
smoke
go to work, eat fried food and smoke
finish work-start drinking
do 20 push ups
walk the dogs whilst smoking
finish drinking
jerk off
go to bed

Weekend:
get up at crack of noon
drink water, smoke
eat toasted chicken sandwhiches
smoke, start getting drunk
hopefully fuck the rest of the night

First:
25 Push ups and Curl ups as a warm up

Second:
Dumbells while watching TV
(Includes ab workouts and all that)

Third:
Pull Ups either on the bar on my door or a tree branch in my back yard.

Fourth:
Several laps around my backyard or a jogging/running around my neighboorhood.

Fifth:
Sometimes I benchpress with my friend at his house and do other workout routines.

Since I have a high metabolism I can burn off fat and calories faster than normal so I don't really have eating habits.

Incline Dumbell Press (3 Sets)
Incline Dumbell Fly's (3 Sets)
Overhead Dumbell Pulls (3 Sets)
Flat Bench Press (Incl narrow grip) (3 Sets)
Decline Bench Press (3 Sets)
Lateral Leg Raises off Bench (abs) (2 Sets of 20)

I've been doing P90X for the last year and a half... usually 5-6 days a week.  I hate the cardio workouts (being a smoker makes it even worse) and I never do the yoga video but other than that they are really good workout vids.  For me, it's given better results than going to the gym in previous years.

My previous post is pretty much completely factual, and Im in pretty good shape.

Supplements are for wussies.

Push ups, chin ups, sit ups and a sensible diet.

Greatest thread ever:

Friday:

Morning- Strength Training:
-Power Clean (5 sets)
-Alternating grip deadlift (3 sets)
-Wide Grip pull ups (6 sets)
-Dumbbell Row (3 sets)
-Inverted Row (3 sets)

Afternoon- cardio and conditioning circuit:
-Dumbbell Snatch
-1 hand dumbbell reverse lunge
-dumbbell swing
-Dumbbell push press
-Burpees



Sunday did :

I am doing weight training, but I'm just sort of pussyfooting around right now. This summer my project is going to be to get into shape with my mate Fraz. We're gonna join a gym and hit it as often as possible, and then when we've done hitting it we'll go inside and workout. Hopefully I can be fighting fit for the winter when I want to start a martial art again.
How about a pint of me?
