-Wide Grip pull ups (6 sets)
-Dumbbell Row (3 sets)
-Inverted Row (3 sets)
Afternoon- cardio and conditioning circuit:
-Dumbbell Snatch
-1 hand dumbbell reverse lunge
-dumbbell swing
-Dumbbell push press
-Burpees
Sunday did :
warmup : pushups/dips/kettlebell swings
Clean and jerks : 225 lbs (102 kilos) 3 sets
Bench press : 315 lbs (143 kilos ) 3 sets
Wide grip pullups 1 set
Narrow grip pullups 1 set
That's amazing, mine's only like 170 lbs, it's been that way for a few months now
