And the German actor Tom Wlaschiha will be Jaqen H’ghar. I think he is perfect for Jaqen he has that criminal thing going on tough features and heterochromia even.  :giggle:

Never mind all that, they've cast fucking Dolorous Edd

I've no idea who it is, but I'm just glad he's been cast, I was afraid they'd cut him

Here's to Dolorous Edd

he's in the nights watch he's an extra at best

Edmure Tully, Balon Greyjoy, Roose Bolton and Mance Rayder are the only major characters i can think of that need casting. (I quite like Viggo Mortensson for Mance Rayder but that's unlikely).

Rubbish! I love his sense of humour.

"I never win anything," Dolorous Edd complained. "The gods always smiled on Watt, though. When the wildlings knocked him off the Bridge of Skulls, somehow he landed in a nice deep pool of water. How lucky was that, missing all those rocks?"
"Was it a long fall?" Grenn wanted to know. "Did landing in the pool of water save his life?"
"No," said Dolorous Edd. "He was dead already, from that axe in his head. Still, it was pretty lucky, missing the rocks."

haha true enough, he's a funny character but he's still an extra.

he's being played by Ben Crompton according to google.

Speaking of Roose Bolton...

http://winter-is-coming.net/2011/08/michael-mcelhatton-cast-as-roose-bolton/

i always pictured Bolton has having a thinner face with higher cheek bones (and of course the long black hair, pale skin and pale grey eyes).

actually he might do watching him on youtube he has some of the right mannerisms for the part and he seems fairly soft spoken too which is obviously a huge part of the character.
