If they bring in the Sharia law, then Libya is doomed. Luckily at this time it isn't certain, and there has been some negative reaction to that statement inside Libya itself.
Whats the problem?
Well, those bodies were found outside NTC controlled areas, which means the NTC do not have full control in Libya. It raises questions about the power of militia groups inside Libya, and the self-centred influence they will have on the setting up of a new government.
I also think it was a silly move to kill Gaddafi as far as politics goes. The new Libyan regime is now irrevocably tied with bloodshed in the same way the Gaddafi regime was. Instead of sending out a message that a new way of doing things is the order of the day to all Libyans, it has shown that the old ways still persist. It would have been much better for the Libyan people to have seen their leader humbled in an international court of law; now the Gaddafi supporters can turn him into a martyr. And if the new regime can't get a handle on things soon, people may turn on them for killing the one who brought (the image of) stability.
