Just got the full Daedric armour and bow, sword and greatsword last night. All Legendary and all except the sword and greatsword enchanted twice

yeah i noticed that yesterday.  Is there any way to upgrade an enchantment on a specific weapon?

No. If you want better enchants you have to craft the same weapon again

Enthir in the Mages College usually carries two and they are replaced every 48 hours
