Justified. It wasn't just what he said about the female linesman, but things he has repeatedly said over the years. Maybe he should 'take a bow son'.

I liked Andy Gray. Even though he is a blue nose.

However, his comments on a fully qualified female linesman were totally unjustified and deserved to be punished accordingly (the comments he made both recently/and in the past have no place on modern television whatsoever).

His sleazy comments to a colleague were also abhorred.

Richard Key's remarks were even worse in my opinion.

You have to remember that these guys are role models to young boys (aspiring to get involved in football etc.).

He was stitched up. The comments were not broadcast, and nobody is aware of who 'leaked' the remarks.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact he is suing The News Of The World/News Group Newspapers.  :paranoid:

Andy Gray said only what all men (whether they admit it or not) think.  None of us think females are equal to us in anything football related.  It sounds sexist but it is just the way it is.  But, he is a cock end, and i don't give a shit that he was sacked, should not have said it as an insult to one woman, he should have generalised :giggle:

Nah, he is an idiot, she coped well in nearly every game i ever saw her in.

Ugh women are the fucking worst man..

If you ever watch a chick show, any, you'll always see them making sexist comments and laughing it up about it but nobody cares when a woman does it.

In all honesty I've never liked the idea of female sports reporters. The sideline chicks HAVE to know that they're only eye candy and nobody takes their "knowledge of the game" seriously.

Well as long as she can do the job properly I don't see the problem,I just hate it when all the "equality" shite starts getting spouted,which means women will get chosen over a man to do the job simply because it's a woman in a mans world :thumbsdown: :thumbsdown:
