Well, I agree he should be punished for what he did. But without any difference than if he was not a (rejected) asylum seeker. That's my only point. So it would also be wrong to give him a less severe punishment because of him being a rejected asylum seeker.
That's not the point Johan, it's not about punishment, even if he was a monk, our countries law states he should be deported - the fact that such a cretin has managed to turn our laws on their head for 7 years on the grounds of his "human rights" is the point. If justice were to happen then our legal system would say "well you have no regard for the law in this country, so we have no regard for your 'rights', the law states you should be deported, so deported you are"
