Spoken from a true Duff Fan - ME

I got the shivers when I saw that first pick of Duff on stage. Currently I am blaring YCBM smiling and dancing like the little fanboy that I am. I think YCBM was the perfect song for Duff to play on the intro he plays with Slash and Matt is one of the highlights of the song along with his bass playing. I'm listening to the Illusions the rest of the night  :nod:. It truly shows Duff is a true performer and cares about his fans the most and has had the best solo career too. I love Duff and believe he is in tip top shape, has his life in order and will has been willing to go further and harder than all the original members. I really could care less about the performance but seeing Axl and Duff playing up front next to each other just makes me feel happy inside (weird right?) I could care less about a reunion but if Duff and Axl (my 2 favorite members btw) could do more and more shows together/do some interviews together/make some music together I might need to buy several new pairs of underwear cause of... well you get the point. Just overall fucking awesome and this leg of the tour lows South America out of the water. I truly wish I was there.

Also I wouldnt mind if Tommy left because even though he has been the glue to newgnr his work is done. I wouldn't want to hear new guns music. Start releasing the material from 02/06 as I've said before where Tommy's true colors are shown. nything with BBF or Ashba would taint the vision of Robin Bucket Tommy and Brain  :bow: Also,, Tommy's solo career is probably a set of my favorite albums and I fucking love Bash & Pop, Perfect, and VGH.

So please excuse this rant I love this piece of news and even though you guys don't care, GO GNR!

Okay, I adore Duff and I love his songwriting - his contributions to old GNR, Believe In Me, Dark Days, Sick. I love all the songs he sings on Spaghetti and I confess, I spent an entire Valentines Day one year listening to So Fine (and all of UYI II) over and over again. I've been wishing Axl and Duff would write stuff together in the future; It would be just too good to not happen. I had a similar gush learning that Duff was on stage with GNR in London. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the reactions from the people who were at the show.

Since I'm so far away I enjoy the immediacy of this forum and most of the posts. Technology is great. I have an amusing Duff story from a GNR show I saw in 1993 but I'll save it for another thread.

I gotta disagree with some of the rest of your post. I love the current lineup of GNR and want to hear more (as in tour of U.S. please God) and/or more recording with this band. Hope the same for Loaded, I've never gotten to see Loaded live. It's great to read the warm reception for Duff from fans at the London show who've posted here.
