Too cute for words! This must be in '89. Coincidentally I watched Axl and Izzy doing Salt Of The Earth in Atlanta '89 this photo does look a lot like they look in the video. Same vibe. Axl totally outshine Mick here imo. Love it how Axl thanks Mick at the end. And Izzy definitely is the man.

I don't think you got Atlanta right. As far as I'm aware Axl & Izzy joined The Rolling Stones for Salt of The Earth and Mixed Emotions (just one show) for 3 dates in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The picture is definitely from one of those 3 dates though, unfortunately only one show was video documented.

I think I do fan. Did you click on the video? It's so awesome but you know that of course? I was trying to convince a friend at first it were Guns on the credits of Interview Of The Vampire. I still think that version suits that film so much better. At last he got it, understood what I tried to tell him and then I thought: Atlanta!! And I forced him -almost literally- to listen to Salt Of The Earth until he heard that too.

Axl and Izzy joined The Rolling Stones for 3 shows in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Only second show was video documented - the one you posted. Atlanta is in Georgia.
