The Bret Hart I knew was a legendary wrestler. The Bret Hart of today is simply awful. Hart's in-ring appearance is tragic, his acting is awful, and his wrestling, well I wouldn't even call it wrestling. Give up man, you're just ruining the "Hitman's" proud legacy with this pathetic gimmick.

He's had 2 strokes and is in his mid 50's, give him a break. Nobody with those conditiond would even think of getting back in the ring. But the thought of two of the most legendary wrestler's ever fighting was an amazing feeling.

Like the poster above stated, He had two strokes and is in his mid fifties. He doesn't wrestle on RAW he is just
an appearance maker for a big storyline, which is one of the best in the last 8 years. I watched it and they didn't wrestle. The new faction called neXus came in and destroyed the undertaker or some shit which was awesome.
WWE has been shitty but it's a cycle company. right now they are doing PG again in the eighties and early ninties it was PG you know why? Because they nuture the newer audiences and when they get older, they take more risks.
Attitude era only lasted about... 3-6 years at most. then they started to settle it down a bit more.
I don't mind watching it still to be honest. They just need to stop being lazy with booking and make some storylines
that don't involve the world title and what not.

Exactly, damn I wish we could go back up a rating and get some edgier shit going. Because right now it's the same old thing over and over again. JOHN CENA WINS THE PPV MATCH... JOHN CENA LOSES ON TV... JOHN CENA WINS THE PPV MATCH WHICH MEANS EVERYTHING... fuck John Cena, I know a dude has got to live, but man he had a better chance at becoming a rapper than some stale gimmicked overrated character.

He needs to go or turn heel to get some life back into his career. He's going to be exactly like Hogan, which isn't always a good thing. I agree. I havent watched wrestling since 99 or so-seems like there isnt a whole lot of wrestling going on nowadays just bullshit and chicks in bikinis.

But it's weird ya know, having Undertaker and Kane that are supposed to be these like demonic assholes, and for some reason they're the only "super natural" wrestlers in the league. Seems like they should have dropped that angle after WWF became the WWE. Think I read Undertaker absolutely can't stand being the Undertaker and regrets the persona.

True that. Which sucks because wrestlers who have potential to be very talented are being pushed in the wrong way. Wrestling in 99 was awesome. It went sour in about 2004-05.

I think they lost the super natural feel of those two way back, which kinda sucks because it was cool to watch. I liked him the most when he was the American Badass/Big Evil :bow:
