Ha, I've had this vid favourited for a while now. I fucking love this song - I sat and worked out the riff and everything. I'm wondering if I can use it in my own song and not get sued since it hasn't been released yet

Under the Intellectual Property laws, you can't.  I am curious about what you would come up with though.

IMO...I for one...in some songs could find the message in it...I guess most would think this was for Duff, Slash and Matt..Izzy ..??.I think it is more personal than them...but what do I know...but I know I liked it...a lot...wish there was more of it to hear....

The instrumental part sounds a bit rough, unfinished, but Axl sounds great. It's definately a song with strong potential and it would be ashame if it wouldn't be used in a song on the next record. So far, I see, most of you share this opinion. But offcourse, as it is allready a couple of years old, it might be a song that didn't made the cut  .

Axl himself has mentioned the concept of multiple albums a few times. In London Arena 2002, in th Rolling Stone january interview in 2006, and in his 06 chats

I have no curiosity on that song, it doesn't sound like a great song, sounds average to me, so its irrelevant if it leaks or not.

Now about Oh My God or Silkworms, that would be a different story

Well I bet the next album is basically done but has to be partially rerecorded to get DJ in it 

What comes to songs that made it to CD I think Axl just put those in it that had leaked and then added a few more. I still believe the "big guns" exist and that the new album will come within a year.
