New/possible GnR song: your opinion matters !

This song is labeled as "Checkmate" but Axl confirmed this as fake. Working titles are "The General", "Jackie Chan". But this is GnR without a doubt. Post your opinions on this song ! Great track? (I think so  :rockon:)

I know, but i had been searching this forum for quite some time too, to find out how this piece was being received. My curiousity made me do this :p . Wonder why it didnt make the cut ..

Well according to Azoff, the weakest songs actually made the cut. I don't know how true this is because songs like TWAT just blow your mind. But if it is hopefully they see the light of day.

I hope thats real, sounds good.

About Azoff saying the weakest tracks made the cut on CD, its all a matter of opinion, so I wouldnt pay much attention to that.

Yeah that's my only gripe with it, sounds like his voice in 02 might have stood up to heavier songs if that snippet is anything to go by.

Ha, I've had this vid favourited for a while now. I fucking love this song - I sat and worked out the riff and everything. I'm wondering if I can use it in my own song and not get sued since it hasn't been released yet :lol:
