I don't like them, nor agree with their policies

Well that's the most ridiculous statement I've read to date, is it the yellow colour they use that typifies your distaste for them? I can't tolerate Conservative supporters, David Cameron will bring the British establishment to the point of disaster, how naïve you all are thinking that this individual will deliver the change Britain drastically needs. There needs to be evident concentration on the working class, a Conservative themed government will deliver anything but socialism, brace yourselves for several more years of economic and social doom. In regards to the north of Ireland, the Conservatives will do nothing but strain the growing tensions within Republicanism, Cameron will act as a mechanism for indirectly destroying the political process, and he will find that occupied Ireland will be thrust back into bitter dispute. I hope that Nick Clegg can see through the superficial nature of David Cameron and opt for the safe Labour option, boasting your secondary education does not equate to good politics.

And so there we have it. In the last few minutes, David Cameron has been confirmed the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom at the head of a coalition government with the Liberal Democrats. Some look ahead with excitement, others with apprehension. I myself fall into the former category - but only owing to the fact that the Liberal Democrats now have a chance to prove their political credentials. Regardless, this is a new age in British politics, and the first Tory government since 1997.

I simply can't comprehend how the general British public could not see straight through the conniving nature of David Cameron. There was an evident media prejudice towards Gordon Brown, despite the fact he's a diligent politician, his regime was destined to crash through no fault of his own, with the exception of the "bigot" saga of course. I can only predict doom for Britain socially and econonmically, David Cameron to put it bluntly is clueless. I do believe however, that within a short period of time of the inevitably dismal Conservative government, forget about the alleged power of the Liberal Democrats, another election will be called.

I don't think so. The man said before the election that the voting system was flawed, and that it should be a case of whoever has the most votes rules. If he then went against this and took advantage of our current voting system to make a minority government with Labour (clearly the preferred option) he would be going back on his principles.

Simply watching their gathering yesterday indicated that neither Nick Clegg or David Cameron are any different. The hypocrisy of both individuals is ridiculous, several weeks ago David Cameron was scaremongering the public in regards to the consequences of a hung parliament, whilst Nick Clegg was openly ridiculing the possibility of a Conservative government, now both share a convenient marriage. The Liberal Democracts were alleged to have been a principled party, yet now they're jumping into bed with the Conservatives for some element of power. They have not obtained any of the top four positions within the Cabinet and have sold themselves out in regards to emmigration/immigration. Historically on both occassions of a hung parliament, the Conservatives sapped the power of the Liberals, I simply cannot see any other alternative move perpetrated by the Conservatives in this instance.
