His first daughter died in a car crash and then his wife died from cancer 10 months or so later. I call that bad luck, the Feedback album was done so they could just kinda ease back into it easily for Peart.  i also believe it was around 30 years for RUSH.

yeah, now I remember that..didn't he go on long motorcycle roadtrips as some sort of catharsis during that time?

I still need to know more Rush. I own 2112 and Snakes and Arrows live on Bluray and I do know Moving Pictures quite well. But they have so much more..
