from the current lineup who is your favorite gunner other than Axl?

I guess I would have to go with either DJ Ashba or Bumblefoot

well in reply, Bumblefoot and DJ Ashba even though they haven't been in Guns N Roses as long as those other guys for a couple of reasons I picked them

first of all Bumblefoot and DJ Ashba are both excellent guitar players..I was familiar with DJ Ashba before he ever joined GNR and was a fan of his guitar playing and he's a really interesting artist..and he's been very vocal and has communicated with the fans and has made it a point to try to be good to the GNR fans and loyal and stuff

as for Bumblefoot alot of the same similar stuff..I've purchased one of Bumblefoots albums and have heard alot of his stuff..he's a great guitarist and very knowledgable..and again he has actually taken the time and try and communicate with the fans and be loyal to them and stuff..and aside from that stuff I think both DJ and Bumblefoot are in a lot of ways more interesting than the other guys in the band not to take anything away from those other guys..they talk more, have colorful personalities and I'm familiar with the level of skills they bring to the table..which is alot of skills and musical ability..they really add alot to GNR..thats not saying I don't appreciate the other guys in the band.

and yea I followed DJ Ashba with his work in Sixx AM and was really glad to hear that he was hired on as GNR's newest guitarist..and Bumblefoot I really became a fan of not just his stuff in GNR but his guitar playing ability on his solo stuff.

now as for Buckethead..I was a fan of Buckethead and aware of him well before he ever joined GNR..and he is just an awesome guitarist with a strange persona..but its cool that he's got a really interesting character to go along with his guitar playing..Dizzy Reed great..he's a long time gunner and he brings that piano/keyboard kinda sound to GNR thats been there since the Use Your Illusion days..Richard Fortus is very talented too and so is former replacements bassist tommy stinson..and Chris Pitman brings alot to the table too..

I'm just highlighting the skills and talents of all those guys..Brain is awesome on the drums and so is Frank. Bucketheads guitar playing was great but his look wasn't rite for GNR obviously..he made GNR at that time kind of look like an oddity or freak show..along with Robin Finks weird ass look at that time.

Altogether, old Guns and new Guns, nobody can outshine Slash in my book (Izzy is a close second).

From the new Guns, I think Buckethead would be the best for writing new music though I've always loved Robin the most.

The actual current line-up, DJ Ashba has the most potential to become a very recognizable figure in the Guns N' Roses context but my favourite would probably be Tommy Stinson.
