Yeah, it's on the "Destroyer - Night Of The Historic Illusion" 3-CDR set. (Tonoka-007).  It's from the Tokyo show on 12/19/09.

Axl was more than aware that the Tokyo Dome show was about to become the longest Guns N' Roses show in history...!

Here is Nice Boys (Don't Play Rock n' Roll), which was added to the set to push them over the time needed to get to their record time show.

The clip is prefaced with Axl's exchange on just how close they were to getting the record and asking if the band should stretch the intro to Paradise City, or add another song.
