got myself a new Female Tiger 100% Het Albino, Reticulated Python for the breeding project i've decided that as she's a defensive little fucker to name her Syn after the Norse Goddess of defensive refusal (all my retics are named after norse gods and goddesses):









her mother is 20 foot long and is probably one of if not the largest snake in Europe.

haha she's only about 2ft now but she has the potential to hit 20 which is great. I hope so too it'll be worth a fair bit of money if it does. Haha cheers and nah not yet i have an Odin though haha.

my personal collection is just 4 animals these two retics, an 11ft burmese python who does children's shows with me occasionally and fluffy my 6 year old, 4ft long (a pretty decent size for the species) male royal python. I don't have space for more animals so i keep these 4 till i move then i'll be buying many more.

you know what, I pitied animals who were part of those "experiments" but I also thought that they were sacrified for a mayor good (human beings > animals). but after seeing the video of the 40 chimps released after 38 years in Austria I dunno... that really broke my heart

I am inclined to agree if it weren't for the importance of at least some of the research being done with primates as model organisms. I am against using primates in advertisements, keeping them in zoos (except for breeding purposes) and all other entertainment, though.
