I know you said you didn't like it already Andy but I totally agree, birds, large birds in particular should be out in the wild. Think about it, you probably spend at most 30 minutes a day with them. That leaves 23 hours and 30 minutes for them to get acquainted with that small cage, day in day out til their death

), but last weekend when the vet came home to check the dogs out (Brenda sometimes can not walk properly and Jackie is just too dumb to walk along the sidewalk yet, so the vet comes home) she went to the garden to see the birds and she said they were great there. Her only advice was to plant this thing inside and surrounding the cage
cause they're very shy animals and they like to hide themselves. But there's no reason to feel sorry for them, they're not like macaws that grew in the jungle, pheasans are poultry here. born in captivity and bred as food. few people appreciate them for thier beauty, the ones that breed them "as pets" either have them in cages or cut thier feathers so they cant fly away
