. Not if you're in Norway; the moose was shot by my daddy-in-law, the mushroom picked by me and the broccoli grown by my wife. Next year we might have potatoes and carrots, too . Then we just need a cow to make the stew/sauce.

No, not really. By the time I was finished I still hadn't discovered if it was actually chicken or some sort of mystery pony meat. Regardless of that, the meat itself had a rather unlikable taste. Unless of course you were referring to SoulMonster's post in which case I must yell: Real people get their food from a freezer, not from a fresh garden!!!!
I must ask: how does the moose taste? Is it anything like venison?
Yeah, pretty similar, perhaps a bit stronger game taste.
