meat, milk, eggs and soy are all complete sources of protein, that is they have a halfway decent ratio of all essential amino acids. foods such as fruits, most veggies, beans, most grains, etc. may have decent amounts of specific amino acids but each lack in specific ones. that's why pure vegans have to do food combining to get a complete protein source, like eating beans and rice together for example. it used to be thought that such foods had to be eaten together in the same meal to get the benefit of having all the amino acids you need, but it was later discovered that amino acids go into holding patterns in your body, so you can eat beans and then later eat rice and you will have the protein you need. still, it might be best to food combine for each meal so that your body doesn't have to wait for the amino acids it needs and thus slow down recovery . combining beans and rice is just one example. there are many ways to pair foods in a vegan diet to get a complete protein source.
still...i wonder....
if god didn't wan't man to eat animals, why did he make them out of meat ?
