yeah, to me cooking is one of the fine arts.

this one is Narda Lepes. her style's been influenced by other cultures like thai, chinese and japanese food. but lately she's been re-making (and adapting to her style too) the recepes of an old famous cheff called Doña Petrona. I like her cause she cooks with most of the ingredients I like and her recepes are easy to follow. she mostly cooks succulent meals for all the family, nothing to do with the new generation that cooks spoon-size dishes.

this is Borja Blazquez, and he's a Spanish cheff. His speciality is Basque cooking

this is Francis Mallman and he's a hermit. he cooks from the most remote places of the country and he teaches people about the different regional techniques, like buring food in the ground and heating it up with hot rocks. he's known worldwide but he still cooks with tins and his philosophy is "the simpler the better". his cookery aint complicated at all, he just tries to maximize the flavour of each ingredient.

one of my favourite cakes ever:

you gotta mix dulce de leche (I think you call it milk caramel) with cream cheese and spread this mixture in between chocolate cookies layers. oh, such cookies are previously soaked in cofee.

this is how it's done:
I know this bitch,
she's such a bore.
If she weren't a witch,
she could be a whore.
