I must admit, I only get into boxing when the big matches happen and even then it bores me 60% of the time. I will watch a good match though, Holyfield FTW.

Yeah, I gotta say that I don't have any channels that have boxing, but I watch it when ever I can. Which ain't often.

I get really into it though, I'm a boxer, and like when they start ermm... hugging each other all the time I wanna punch them through the tv haha. But it's not the coolest thing to watch always, when I am at boxing cups and stuff I only watch a few games, and mostly the boxers from my club. Boxing is more fun when you're in the ring.

Manny Pacquiao is the best boxing champion today!
He is the best pound-per-pound boxer today!
he have beaten Oscar Dela Hoya, definitely Manny is the best fighter right now!

Agreed, his a tough little guy. Him and Hatton next would be a good fight.

I have to say as a boxer, I'm frustrated when I watch many modern fights. What happened to the real fighters? I've seen a couple of good fights, but I'd love seeing Muhammad Ali's daughter or Cecilie Breakkhus fight again. Female boxing is underrated.

Manny destroyed Hatton. Manny V Mayweather after his first come back match is the next big fight. Manny is a blown up light weight and is still about to beat these guys out of sight.

Hatton should give up. He has tried to fight the best and fair play to him for that, others would have avoided such fights but Hatton put it all on the line and got beaten. The only possible fight I could see Hatton doing now is against Khan back in England. I cant see it happening but I dont think America is interested in Hatton anymore so if he does fight agai it will have to be in the UK.

There has not been any fighter since Tyson, that I would stay up all night to wacth.

Just look at the heavyweight scene today, it's a disgrace to the sport.

There are a few good fighters left, Manny & Floyd are too I can think of.

The heavy weight scene is piss poor but there are still some watchable fighters in the lower weights.

Great bumping nego.  :)

Finally a thread to talk about real fights.  :D

Ali, Sugar Ray, Marciano, Tyson and Popo (last great boxer in my opinion) to name a few.
