Nope, I am saying I knew it happened, and the "Top Secret" information you guys are passing around is incorrect- I don't have an issue with my gender-I'm a male ask the few people that actually know me. I have notifed Admins and Mods on what you guys are substituting as the truth.

How would you like it if I spread vicious rumors about you?

I would strongly advise to stop now, or I will take legal action. I have copied and printed what you guys intended to do......and have done.

Claiming that someone who you don't know is female over the internet is not a crime. Nor is it a sueable offence. Bearing in mind that all crimes and civil torts that a British citizen has been accused of is under UK sovereign, and, therefore, British law, means you'll never be able to make this stick. In the UK defamation law can only be accepted if the claimant has lost finance as a result of their "blackened character", or if their character has been defamed to the extent that their image is irrevocably altered for the worse in the eyes of the general public or the claimants companions. Calling you a girl clearly does neither of these things.

I hate to grace what was a ridiculous (and hopefully intended a a joke) comment with a genuine reply, but I felt it had to be said.

Why do you include me in this? I don't give a crap if you're male, female or martian. I have been passed information about you, but I didn't ask for it, and I haven't forwarded it on to anyone. Nor have I mentioned it to anyone. I also cast my doubts over the authenticity of said information. So please don't ask me how I would like it if you spread vicious rumours about me, because I have never done so about you. And please, by all means, take legal action. You could write up a 12 page dossier, and hire Bounty Hunters to come to my door and take me down to the local police station where your lawyers will be waiting for me. I look forward to reading the many blogs about someone sueing over being accused of claiming to be a differing sex to what they are. THE HORROR!!!
