Its a kick ass song, but the version that made the album is lame.
The "stolen" bit is the incidental ambient bit before it starts,unless Im mistaken  :whistle:

I think it's really stupid they got sued for a small bit of the song that nobody cares about.

Yes, I agree, but I'm just saying it's stupid that this unimportant piece of the song causes problems. If GNR stole it, it would be one of the stupidest things they ever did...
