Its only the vocals that sound like its skipping, its either caused by some effect on his vocals that is used to add to that insane sounding vibe hes got going on, or its simply just a more noticeable vocal splice, courtesy of pro tools.

This is a weird one for me. At first, I listened to the whole album and this osng didn't really jump out at me. But without realising I had to listen to it again...I went back and put it on. And then again. Now I love it! It's amazing.
