The DVD your referring to was on the Biography channel. It's pretty much a spiralled look at the original G N' R. Where they are now etc. It's unauthorized because Axl wanted no part of it. pretty cool to see the birth of G N' R though. It says Slash and Axl met at a club but authorized bios state Slash ran into Axl on a skateboard in a music store. Take it for what it's worth. They do an interview with Steven Adler though which is interesting.
