i know there are a few conspicuous tracks on the GNR 'Greatest Hits' album that a lot of fans would not have wanted/expected to see, for example, 'Since I Don't Have You' 'Ain't It Fun' and 'Sympathy For The Devil' (even though they are good songs.) i'm just wonderin if those tracks (for what ever reason) actually did sell more than the likes of 'It's So Easy' 'Nightrain' and 'Estranged' as singles?

coma is the most overrated song

just cause it's long don't mean it's good ;)

Not including Estranged on GH was scandalous
Why it wasn't one of their greatest hits.

Greatest hits was a major dissapointment, obviously put together by the commercially minded.

ain't it fun and sympathy for the devil should be nowhere near a gnr greatest hits album

fucking indeed

I think aint it fun was the best off TSI?, (along with New Rose...) and sommething rightfully had to be included from that album, so IMO that as the best choice

As for Sympathy For The Devil, as it was a single only release, i think it was a good move to include it as otherwise a lot of fans would be unable to hear it, and as its a faily good song, and imoortant too as it was the final release from the orginal band, so it was good to include too.

Just my 2 cents...

Why it wasn't one of their greatest hits.
Because it wasn't a hit. Only the die hard fans think it's so great. It's boring.

GH albums are supposed to have hits, not fan favorites. It's something for the casual fan who doesn't want to buy every album. In no way, shape, or form can you call Estranged a hit. It bores the crap out of most people.

Only their best one: ESTRANGED. Un-fuckin-believable they didn't use it!
