Thats the best end to the EPL i have ever seen, i thought City had lost it, but some kind of miracle happened. City deserved the league.

Well done to Rangers this season, through all the shit thats going on in the backround we've still soldiered on and the fans have been there every single game since administration. It's easy to be a fan when your team is winning, but when the shit hits the fan, the best supporters in the world all stood up and were counted for.

I think you'll find that there some utd that can take a beating including myself ;)

You took it well to be fair.

But it's just a different approach at a different time, United won a few things and created the brand which they used to sell to investors and then used that money to buy the league. That just won't work in this day and age so City put the money in now for success to build the club into a bigger brand which they will use to generate income from. It's just a different approach.

Good man chez.

Congrats City. Weakest United team I've seen in about 20 years, they did well to stay in it so long. City well deserving, best team in the League all season by a mile.

It's confirmed Eden Hazard has been shown around the City facilities at the beginning of the month but disputes on salary are causing issues as Hazard seems to desire £200,000 a week.

Equally it's believed if RVP doesn't sign his new Arsenal contract he will have the choice between City, Barcelona or Real Madrid this transfer window.

Liverpool part ways with King Kenny :tear:

I know he wasn't really a success as manager this time round, but you don't fire him. You promote him out of there...you don't fire him.

Christ knows mate. I really do not understand why Stuart 'no goals and no assists from 34 starts' Downing is included. And Henderson. Oh dear.

I'm confused; is Ferdinand not picked because he's actually injured or is it about his spat with Terry?

Probably because he is too old to play so many games in quick succession. Man Utd. said he would be no good at the Olympics because he is unable to play two games in a week. Apparently.

Yes, my mate (also a Liverpool fan) made that suggestion and I thought it was brilliant. AVB would be great for Liverpool I reckon - there are no huge egos to ruin it for him at Liverpool. Stevie and Carra actually love the club and want it to do well, not like Terry et al at Chelski so won't try and ruin it for him.

I don't think he's suited to the premier league to be honest. It was partially of course, his poor results that led to him losing the dressing room. I'm happy to be wrong as Liverpool play attractive football more often than not but I have my doubts, think making a serious attempt to get Moyes, Martinez or Pardew would do better I doubt any would join but those would be the managers to go for.

Martinez has been approached so it looks like it will be him.

Apparently AVB and Brendan Roger from Swansea were also approached but they want Martinez.

Clearly they are looking for a young manager. Not sure Liverpool fans will be to happy with firing King Kenny and replacing him with a guy who's team do shit for 90% of the season and then find enough form to stay up.

As opposed to a manager who actively failed to win with a much stronger club?
