Looking forward to Spain tonight. I really am not expecting anything but hopefully the boys can put in a performance that in some way makes up for the opening match. We won't beat Spain but as long as we play well and give a good account of ourselves I won't be too disappointed.

I was surprised by the defeat to Denmark, but the krauts are a class act; no shame in losing to them.

I can't see the Danes beating Germany so it all boils to down to beating portugal by enough goals. It's certainly do-able, their defence is wank.

They need to beat Portugal by 2 goals I believe. That would be difficult but not out of the question if they can play the way they are capable of playing.

and i think Holland are more than capable of putting 2 goals past Portugal...that said i would have also said Italy were capable of putting 3 or 4 past Croatia and that ended 1-1.
