I can say that we did work on a song called "prostitute" but I haven't heard the most recent leaks so I don't know if it's the track or not.

As for my life...I continue to dedicate myself to working with artists, whether new or legendary.  Check out myspace.com/mcqueen if you are interested in a band I am currently involved with.

The singer reminds me of the illegitimate daughter of Johnny Rotten(lots of british punk attitude) and Axl(powerful voice with lots of range and emotion with a work ethic to be the best). I had nothing to do with their current album in which there is a lot more screaming than singing but their next album won't disappoint fans of AFD.  The drummer is pretty bad ass too.  The guitar player is  along the lines of a punkier side of Billy Corgan.  There are some videos on You Tube of the band performing with Duff, Matt, and Slash as they met when McQueen opened for VR in the UK where they are based.
Tom you can hear the song here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B9lqL_a-5VQ

Hello, Mr. Zutaut!

thanks for sigining up and posting here but even much much more thanks for all your work you've done getting out "Appetite For Destruction" back then!!

more recently the February 2008 issue of Classic Rock Magazine did have some interview and inside information from you (about the new incarnation of Axl's Guns when you were connected with Axl). Assuming you have read that release, may i ask if you feel they did the right editing in there or did they -as typical in the early 90s with GN'R- changed much from your words into that kind of journalism where you have hard times to find your own words from the interview they did with you? to ask more directly: the information in there is basically close to the truth or not?

Didn't the magazine mention that he left again after some bullshit about a Black Hawk Down screening?

i believe said classic rock he was fired because axl wanted a private screening of black hawk down and he didn't get it and this is also why WTTJ isn't in the film?

Yes, the Classic Rock article was pretty accurate and I am working on some movies and tv shows that are in development, still helping new artists(see myspace.com/mcqueen), and setting up an indie label to release music I think is great without the worry and pressure to sell millions-just great music for people to hear and enjoy!

I actually brought Metallica to Elektra Records, signed them and turned them over to Michael Alago, who I made their A&R guy since I was leaving Elektra shortly after they were signed to work with David Geffen. I tried to get them to wait and go with me to be the first signing at Geffen but they were in the middle of a huge court case and couldn't wait and needed money from Elektra to win the court case that freed them from their prior label.
