I actually fucked my post up  :shy:Did you notice my edit of your quote in which Hamiltons achievements etc were listed?

Anyway agreed both talented, but Hamilton is better  His achievements justify Mclarens decision.

But I still disagree that he's had it easy, yeah sure, it's been easier, but the fact he's outperformed everybody who's sat in the same car as him, including Jenson. (Unless you're gonna tell me the current world champion is/was happy to be his number 2) Justifies Mclaren's decision, he earned it through sheer talent and achievements.
I hope, I do not wait.

I read the post but to be honest every driver on the grid has a list of achievements as long as my arm and Schumacher's would probably take three posts.

I agree that Hamilton is better then Button and I think he will beat him this season. Who will win the championship I truely do not know.

I'm not saying Mclaren made a bad decision, it was good decision for them and Hamilton. But I dislike his arrogance which is based upon the fact that he was handed one of the best seats in F1 without proving himself in F1, he proved not one thing in F1 and therefore imo didnt deserve the seat at the time, to my knowledge he wasnt even a test driver for a F1 team (for any prolonged period). Most other drivers have to prove their worth in F1 before getting the top seat (i.e Button, Schumacher, Webber, Alonso, etc). I can't argue with his talent once he got in the car but having the easiest route of any other driver that I can remember hasnt done his ego any good.

I quiet like the MotoGP rule that states that no rookie can sign for a manufacturer, of course Mclaren do not fall into that bracket, but it would force rookies to learn their trade for a season before moving to a big team (i.e Vettel at Toro Rosso), but it would never happen.

Yeah he is an arrogant cunt, but I like him for the sole reason that you're always likely to see him attempting outrageous overtaking or at the very least being ultra aggressive.

Regardless of what he had easy in his first season, that's the past, and as we both agree he's one of the best so.....
I hope, I do not wait.

Michael Schumacher has said he is "sorry" if Rubens Barrichello felt he had been put in danger by his blocking manoeuvre at the Hungarian Grand Prix.

The Mercedes driver will be penalised 10 grid places at the next grand prix after he pushed his former team-mate within centimetres of a concrete wall.

Schumacher wrote on his website: "The manoeuvre against him was too hard.

"I didn't want to endanger him with my manoeuvre. If he had this feeling I am sorry, this was not my intention."

Williams driver Barrichello called the move the most dangerous in his long career and said the German should be black-flagged for dangerous driving.

 Andrew Benson's blog
I'm not sure it was the most dangerous thing I have seen Schumacher do on a race track, but it was certainly right up there

The seven-time world champion initially denied he was at fault, however, on reflection Schumacher admitted to making a mistake.

"Immediately after the race yesterday I was still in the heat of it all, but after I looked again at the situation with Rubens I have to say that the stewards were correct with their judgement."

The incident occurred the pair were battling for the final point-scoring 10th place and Schumacher ran wide coming into the pit straight.

Barichello moved to pass his former Ferrari team-mate on the inside but Schumacher moved across forcing the Brazilian close to the pit wall.

An accident was only averted when the wall ended and Barichello was able to pass into turn one.

Schumacher, 41, was given a 10-place grid penalty for the Belgian Grand Prix and the incident sparked widespread condemnation.

BBC Formula 1 pundit Eddie Jordan said: "His legacy is damaged as a result of this in my opinion, not alone is it damaged by his comeback.

"Yes, there is a sense of frustration that the car is not quick enough, he is getting absolutely rammed by his team-mate young Nico Rosberg and I think the forced inside his head have recreated themselves."

Your not in the slightest bit sorry Schumi, your not fooling anyone.

And Eddie Jordan, your just a idiot.

Jordan & Coulthard on the BBC are some of the 2 most biased people against Schumi anyway seeing as Schumi left Jordan at the first chance and Schumi accused Coulthard of trying to kill him at Spa.

One positive thing about Schumi's shocking comeback is he keeps it interesting at times

Hockenheim this weekend  :banana.

FP1 was wet, Hamilton crashed and badly damaged his car.

I wonder if Johan is at this one?  :hmpf

Nah, I was in Portugal on vacation. Watched the race in a pub with a cider. Thankfully this time I did think of the 1 hour time difference in Portugal. The day before I was surprised thet tour de france time trial already ended at 16:15 when I was only watching for 15 minutes  :fpalm:

I'm going to Spa though. Been there each year since 2000 accept last year because I was in Italy then.

I'm not there yet, I'm only going on sunday. Sneaking in one time a year is difficult enough :D.

Still, Spa is about 60 kms for my home and here it's the same shit weather, pissing down already 2 days.

Monza's race was a good one for the championship. Good to see Jens scoring some valuable points, although I hoped he'd won.
